Name: Anonymous on May 13, 2008Comments: Left my house at 6:15. On I-66 at 6:30. At 7:15 I was about 5 miles from the stadium. 9:00 I finally got to the parking spot. I heard 15 steps playing from the parking lot. By 9:15 I was soaked, and miserable. The lingering cold I've had for the past few days didn't make things better. At 10:00 I couldn't take it anymore and bolted, coughing my lungs out along the way. Totally bummed, as I've been looking forward to this concert since the day tickets went on sale. PLEASE come back!Flag

Name: Julia on May 13, 2008Comments: It was a wonderful concert, to be sure, but I was scared out of my mind driving through the floods to and from the venue. From the very start, this tour was supposed to be eco-friendly, and Nissan was a terrible choice of venue in that way. Verizon would be accessible by people all over the East Coast, and would be even closer to Capitol Hill, Thom! (maybe they'd hear us...) Thanks for a great show, and I would definitely come to another one via public transport!!Flag

Name: Megan Wieser on May 13, 2008Comments: RIGHT ON. what should've been a 1.5 hour drive there was a 4.5 hour drive, caught the last 9 songs, then turned around for a 1 hour gridlock in the parking lot and 3 hour drive home. what i saw of the show was amazing but will NEVER go to Nissan Pavilion again, and would go to a Verizon Center show if the band is down. YAY RADIOHEAD!Flag

The part of the show I saw was great, the sitting in the car for 2hours and 30 minutes without moving was not. Bad enough I skipped hanging out with my Mother on Mother's Day, then karma and Nissan Pavilion paid me back.Flag

Name: Fahad Rahman on May 13, 2008Comments: I completely agree with the sentiment listed above. The policy is "rain or shine" not "deluge and wildfire". It's ridiculous for LiveNation to have held a concert in what was tantamount to a natural disaster in certain areas of PW county. I took my cousins (in high school), brother-in-law, and sister to the show (all had never seen RH live and were excited based on my enthusiasm), but we had to leave the show partway through the first set because they were shivering uncontrollably from the fact that we had been standing in the lawn, in the cold rain, for over 3 hours!! In light of the weather, the turnout was ridiculously high, which speak highly of RH fans and their dedication to the band. Now it's time for RH to show their dedication to their fans by holding another show so that people get to enjoy and experience their music.Flag

Peace.Flag
