This is a petition to encourage Warner Bros. to create a DC cinematic universe that incorporates the 1978-1987 Superman films and the 1989-1997 Batman films, as well as 2005's Superman Returns and 2011's Green Lantern. This would honor these beloved and historic films. It would also avoid the need for yet more rebooted origin stories. And it would instantly create a cinematic universe larger and with a much richer history than that of Marvel's super-heroes.
