This is a petition against the new laws the tory government are bringing in and will affect the majority of uk households (minus the millionaires) Council homes will no longer be for life with people working being unable to have them and people on benefits not being able to afford the huge rent rises coming in and the drop in benefits paid.Where are these people and their families going to go. Are the torys planning on bringing back workhouses? Is this ethnic cleansing of the poor? OAPs will keep the heating off once again as they will not be able to afford the heating bills once the winter fuel payments have stopped resulting in many avoidable deaths from hyperthermia. There were riots over the Thatcher poll tax but this is much much worse as it will all affect some one we know. Our children will not be able to go to university it will be only available to the rich. Why are the most vunerable in society being targeted, the rich seem to think if you dont work its because youre lazy and look down on us. Whoever thought class no longer mattered is wrong its more alive today than it ever was under this government. Where is the Great British fighting spirit,is the Great British Bulldog rolling over or is he slowly growling.
