It seems that all our children do in Davis County Schools is focus on Math and Language Arts but we know that creativity is a huge part of the learning process. It has been shown that Music, Art, PE and other subjects help to make more successful adults in society. We propose that the Davis County School District School board pass a resolution that requires each Elementary School to spend at a minimum 25% of their classroom time in subjects other than Math and Language Arts with a focus on PE, Music and Art.
