We, the concerned citizens of the State of Connecticut petition the Parole Board, Legislature, Senate, Judicial System and Governor Jodi Rell to NOT allow the release of David Pollitt from prison. This man is a violent sex offender and we the citizens below do not believe this man is safe to be living outside of the protection of a prison facility. We are citizens who are concerned for the safety of our family, children, grandchildren, neighbors, and ourselves against such violent criminals and do not want them released into the public where they will have access to the community. The law must be changed for the violent criminals in the prison system in the State of Connecticut. When a prisoner does not show remorse or any indication of any reformation the parole board must not allow such prisoners to be released into the community. The concerned citizens for safety in Connecticut want the laws changed to keep violent criminals prohibited to be released in to the general public.
