We, the undersigned, firmly believe that Dave Lepoidevin should be hired as the next Head Football Coach at Middlesex High School. He is an upstanding member of the community who, over the years, has selflessly dedicated countless hours coaching the youth/teens of Middlesex. Professionally, he has an impressive background that includes, in part, a coaching career at Immaculata High School, and he is Founder/President of Let ‘Em Play, LLC. Dave is extremely knowledgeable of the game and is passionate about coaching. He has dedicated himself to helping student athletes of all ages.

The record for the MHS football team has been poor. However, there is a lot of potential in the current players, and with the right coaching, they could have a much better record and possibly even win a championship. There is no question that Dave could bring out the best in the players, without being negative towards them. He's a great role model and the students, as well as parents, respect him. Having a competitive football team will only improve morale, both school‑wide and town-wide, not to mention bring in more revenue at games.

We strongly believe that his placement as Head Football Coach at MHS will be in the best interest of the students who participate in the Middlesex High School football program, of the school, and of our community.
