Final supporters
This as a petition to generate awareness to Lorne Michaels and the executives at NBC and Saturday Night Live so they know that the fans (Grohlies) want Dave Grohl to host SNL with musical guest Foo Fighters.
There have been numerous
musicians who have hosted SNL over the years, however Dave Grohl is the only
one to appear on the show over 12 times and frequent in sketches, but never
host!

Dave Grohl is on of the funniest and engaging figures in the world of rock and pop, he has grown to become an American treasure. So not featuring him in hosting duties on the American comedy institution of SNL, would be a real bummer.
He's such a cool guy -- I was at Bamboozle 2012 for his gig when he flew by helicopter to keep his commitment to play on SNL that same night. Have him host the show -- he's proven his talent at comedy & you'll garner a whole new demographic of fans!!!
Dave Grohl would be great to host SNL! Besides being a fan of his music, I find him quite entertaining (like when he hosted the Chelsea Lately show). When it comes to performance, I don't think there is anyone in the rock world as funny or entertaining as Dave Grohl!
Dave Grohl needs to host SNL! He would attract so many viewers - he's rock royalty, a multi Grammy winner, an Emmy winning documentarian, he has a killer sense of humor, and he's probably the nicest guy in rock! Get with it Lorne, book Dave ASAP!
Going past his amazing musical talent, Dave is also a great personality. Look at the music video for "Big Me" and even the Ice bucket challenge they did in the style of "Carrie". SNL would be stupid not to let him host. Good luck Dave

My 16 year old daughter is a BAD ASS drummer on her way to Berklee in the fall. Dave Grohl is one of her idols and is a driving force behind her love for drums! He is looked up to by legions of kids BUT also adults like myself! I WANT MY DAVE TV.......on SNL!!
