Name: Jenni Bixby on May 13, 2008Comments: I am SIMPLY ASTONISHED that our judicial system would not DNA test ALL of the evidence. It is SO scary to me that one day I could be in my living room with my children, the next, be spending my time on death row, and BE INNOCENT OF WRONG DOING!!! PLEASE!!!!!!!!!! Just allow the test. How could we put someone to DEATH without knowing FOR SURE. If ALL it takes is a test IF WE PUT THIS WOMAN TO DEATH WITHOUT TESTING....(WE...BEING YOU) ARE KILLERS, and guilty of NOTHING LESS than what Darlie is being wrongfully accused of! PLEASE JUST DO THE TESTS BEFORE WE MURDER HER! Hasn't she been through enough!! IF SHE IS INNOCENT, Hasn't she been through enough!!!Flag

Name: Karen McBride on May 15, 2008Comments: I believe in Ms. Routiers innocence, and always have. I think it is in everyone's best interest that she be granted a new trial and DNA testing of the evidence. I was so glad to see the innocent were freed in TEXAS, due to the work of the people who use DNA testing! It is an abomination for anyone who is innocent to be held in a cage! Please grant Ms. Routier a much-deserved new trial!Flag

People should NEVER have to lose their lives because of incompetence or politicsFlag

I believe in her innocense and think she is entitled to a new trial with all the evidence presented. Our judicial system is not the best. Innocent people are convicted all the time.Flag

Name: Rhonda S. Hull on May 29, 2008Comments: Darlie deserves a new trial. Let the evidence speak for itself. Either way we will know the truth. Then there will be justice for Devon and Damon. Justice will be served. What do you have to lose Put an end to this. It should have been done a long time ago. Let those little angels rest in peace and let justice be served.Flag

Name: Anonymous on May 30, 2008Comments: What harm would be done if Darlie was given a new trial. Let's make 100% sure before we put her to death. DNA should be used to answer this question. If the DNA confirms that she killed her son, then by all means put her to death like the jury sentenced her. Let's know for sure though. I don't think that the state of Texas would want to execute her without knowing for sure. I'm not saying she's guilty or not guilty. If my life or one of my loved ones life was on the line I would want the same thing. The Routier family has lost enough, so don't take another life from them before doing the DNA testing. If it's a matter of $ I'm sure the family could raise enough for the testing.Flag
