AMC Lowes Lincoln Square 13 with IMAX put advanced tickets for The Dark Knight Rises on sale in mid December. This was only for the midnight show in their IMAX auditorium. This showtime sold out within two weeks. Just earlier this month, AMC Entertainment announced that their theaters would be doing a marathon of The Dark Knight trilogy in their theaters leading to the midnight show of The Dark Knight Rises. They also had IMAX events for this too. Every IMAX in New York City is doing this marathon besides this one. This petition is so that we can get the theater to show Batman Begins and The Dark Knight in their IMAX auditorium for the pleasure of the moviegoers who purchased these tickets six months ago. There could even be a $20 surcharge to pay up for the $40 IMAX event. People will be waiting in the theater all day anyway. Might as well treat them to something special.
