We the People, being citizens of the United States of America, do hereby petition that the following be proposed as a bill, and adopted into law by our Congressional Representatives :

Any person or persons, who have committed a criminal offense, or are an accessory to a criminal offense, in which death is a result or consequence of that crime, and the victim of that crime is an American Veteran, of any standing, be it current or past service, shall incur, in addition to the punishment that current laws provide, an enhancement, for each conviction resulting from that criminal offense, of no less that three years, but not more than five years, per conviction.

This to include any convictions for Voluntary Manslaughter, or any Degree of Murder
