We the undersigned respectably request that a new TIF district be created to be known as Springfield Illinois East Central TIF district. With the boundaries of proposed district to be: East-- 15th Street West-- 10th Street North--Cook South--Laurel Street The proposed district would encompass residential as well as commercial properties. It would enable ALL who so desire to participate in the enhancement of this area through use of the proposed TIF BENEFITS to provide an improved quality of life
