It gets frusterating. |

Commissioner Silverman is gumming up the works. 4 1/2 days of service doesn't cut it anymore. The ID piece of BMV services is TOO important in today's high security business environments. Give business and working people the ID services they need to function as effective managers, producers, and consumers. Clean house at BMV. You can fix this one in your sleep, Mitch. Thank you! Also, while I have you...Investigate unfair price gouging/fixing at gas stations in Bloomington. I'm trying to work down here, and feed, clothe, shelter my family. WHY DOES GAS COST SO MUCH IN BLOOMINGTON?? |

| 1333 | Titles are taking way too long to get back from the Indiana BMV. As a title clerk, I know we used to get titles back in 2 weeks. Now we are lucky to get them back in 2 months. What an improvement(ha, ha!). Auto Dealerships are now having to break the law by not having customer titles in 21 days from the date of sale. If the BMV is this slow, the laws need to change so dealerships do not break the law because of the Indiana BMV. |

The Bureau believes its inhabitants are as stupid as they are and so they demonstrate the lack of care and concern for customer service by taking out of the clocks and putting in more hurdles to keep people waiting for hours to get services that should be automated.
The last incident with a computer system in which for weeks there was no access to services is unacceptable. Where was the fallback plan. |

| 1337 | Seriously, what you see from the BMV is the direct cause of debt. They run sooo inefficient it simple cost three times as much in payroll to do anything. |
