Must you be reminded that you are to serve the people of our Great state of Indiana. We are not to be served on your plate for dinner,as you have been doing. I am sure that come election time you are going to be reminded of what the people want. Even many of your past support has jumped ship. I just do not know how you can sleep at night. The time is coming when you will know what the people want. I did not vote for you the first time, so I am sure you know how I am going to vote the next time. | 1272 | I can not believe this is happening in this the computer age. I have been renewing my license plates@the express terminals every year since they have been around with no problem. I loved it!!!!!!! now it is not working and to go into the branch and do an express renewal it will take 2 hours according to the person checking everybody in. This is absolutely unacceptable I would not call that an express renewal would you? Just asking!!!!! I am not very happy with this new and improved system. |

| 1274 | Definetly replace Silverman he has made our lives hell at the Mishawaka Branch in Indiana so far 9 of our full time girls have been left go for trumped up charges and being replaced with younger part timers so he doesn't have to spend money on health insurance, life ins. etc.Were talking these girls had anywhere from five years to eighteen years of service with the bmv at mishawaka, then they come in and never having a write up in seven years get three write ups in one day and terminated the following week. Then to top it all they don't even want us to have unemployment benefits. Lets take away his salary and fancy home and cars and see how well he survives without a job. Some of these girls are getting there homes taken away, cars repossessed and have empty refrigerators. They don't know where there next dime is coming from. This system is not just new we've had it for over a year. There is just a lot of problems left in it to deal with and he doesn't want the blame. Send him back where he came from and stip him of everything and lets hear his speech then. |

| 1284 | OK Mitch: It's time to get the BMV into the 2oth century. Fix the problems and get someone in there that can do the job. We need more accountablility in that area. These workers also need to be paid a good wage. Any citizen should be able to walk into a branch and get what he needs within 45minutes. This is just plain nuts to have a symstem that hinders us rather than protect us and give us the right info. The police depts need accurate and up to date info Not backlogged crap. |

My latest surprise was that I was asked to SAY (speak) my Social Security number (WHILE SITTING NEXT TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER ABOUT 18 INCHES AWAY!). I refused and then I WROTE it on a slip of paper and pushed it across the 4' deep counter (I took the paper with me). I complained to the manager about this policy in view of rampant identity theft. She said that I was not the first to complain, she was sorry, but those were her instructions from Indianapolis. Holy Moly. How irresponsible to ignore the privacy of patrons. Find a sensible person to head up the BMV! |

| 1298 | I moved to Indiana 17 years ago. Previously I lived in New York, Ohio and Pennslyvania. One of the delightful events was enrolling my vehicles and drivers lcsence to Indiana. The clerks were efficient, helpful and effective. This was a great contrast to my previous expriences with the previous states.
I can not lay the same praise upon the utilities in this area.
They were combative, distrustful and dismissive. By attacking the IN BMV you are slandering one of the few government agencies that is efficient. This makes me think that you are Reblican. |
