| 55 | When i took my daughter for her drivers test I waited for over an hour to be told it was to late in the day to begin the test. I took two hours off work she took two hours off work. We wre there in plenty of time but the horribly slow line (they waited on 12 people in that hour) caused us to go beyond the time of day they allow test. There wasn't a sign anywhere telling us the time limit. Absolutely unexcusable!!!! |

First all the driver book were recalled for an error (how about an arrata sticker) and then becuase of budgets there were none for close to a year at our branches, now when my daughter finally obtained a book we cannot get in for a test without spending the entire day. Missing work to take her is more than an inconvenience during my busy season and I certainly cannot take a whole day. Why is this being run so poorly? I am also disturbed by the report of a woman being fired after e-mailing the governor about problems. |

| 73 | According to my local BMV office, the 'old' software worked just fine and if yesterday was any indication of how 'well' the 'new' software works, then the old software should be reinstalled. It took over 3 hours to renew the license plates for my vehicles yesterday due to the 'new' software breaking down or freezing the program on the computers. Enough already! If it's not broken - don't fix it! |
