| 915 | I went to the BMV to get plates for a recently purchased vehicle just before the new system was installed and waited almost 2 hours. The 'new' system of Checking in at one desk, after waiting in a line and then waiting for your name to be called is crazy. The people waiting are talking and trying to hear your name over the all the other voices is difficult. What was wrong with getting a number when you walked in the door. It is a system that everyone understands. |

Real leaders step up to the plate, and fix problems instead of engaging in deceptive public relations campaigns of trying to convince citizens of something that does not exist.
It is high time that Daniels stops appointing his political cronies and do what is right for the Indiana citizens.
Otherwise, Daniels is just as much a part of the problem as Silverman continues to be. The buck stops here.

| 931 | this place is a joke, what should have been a single trip to get a title transfer will now be three trips because they put in the wrong date. i have to get a title history to show there was a loan against the car and i didn' t even have the title at the time. wrong date has cost me about 75.00 extra dollars that i;m trying to get back because of their mistake. |

The vendor's product ought to be thrown out, and the business sued for failure to perform! | 944 | Additionally how can you justify closing branches in some communities then having to hire more employees and renting larger facilities with more expensive equiptment to make up for the over load coming from communities where branches were closed.You as governor,nor the house & senate of Indiana, in my opinion, have not serviced the people fairly. If the voters of Indiana are not able to get their elected officals to vote as the people they represent want them to they should be voted out of office asap and their leader, the governor should be impeached. |

| 949 | Every year, I renew my registrations online. This year, when going online, I was met with the notification about the new system, 'we're ready-easier-to-do' concept. I filled in the usual information. I entered my SSN when asked: My applications (4) were rejected because my SSN didn't match the BMV records. Hint: I haven't changed my SSN. I contacted BMV who advised me by form letter that their new "security-blah-blah-blah" couldn't "verify my information-blah-blah-blah." My information hasn't changed. Their security is so fantastic, I cannot renew MY OWN registrations! I feel so safe! (But, ticket eligible!). |
| 950 | Incorrect information collected in the past by the Indiana BMV has had a direct and negative effect on my life. Get rid of those employees who stand in the way of Indiana's progress and fix the damn system already! P.S. Karen Woods should have been applauded for her honesty, not fired. Hire her back! |
