Route 1 / Roosevelt Blvd. is rated by insurance companies as the 3rd highest risk roadway in the country. Many fatal accidents as well as non-fatal accidents have been reported for this road. The addition and installation of "cameras" that photograph vehicles if they go through a traffic light has made drivers hesitant to follow "normal" and safe roadway driving rules. I believe there is enough evidence and incidents reported for this road to warrant an investigation on the safety of the road, in it's entirety. If you feel the same, please sign the petition.
