This is to escalate the poor functioning of your Airtel server in Pune Hinjewadi phase 3 area. It has been over 6 months since we have taken Airtel connections for Broadband, Land Line. We are living in a big township called Megapolis which has over 5000 flats and more than 15000 residents. We all have same issue of every day disconnections of your services which can be easily tracked by the number of complaints you have received.

It is high time Airtel looks into this problem on high priority basis and correct the issue as we have all IT professionals living here who are well aware of the internet infrastructure. Obviously your server is faulty and needs some quick fix or you will have MASS DISCONNECTIONS of Airtel service from the residents here.
