David Archuleta Concert in Malaysia
The Petition
Recently, in April, American singer - songwriter David Archuleta came to Malaysia for a showcase in which he performed at Sunway Amphitheatre to a capacity crowd. The 20 minutes or so that he was on stage has only served to make his Malaysian fans hungry for more. Judging by the enthusiastic response from the crowd at Sunway, it is obvious that David has a very large and dedicated following in Malaysia. These fans would love nothing more than for David to stage a full concert on the same stage.
And this is the purpose of this petition - to gather enough support from fans in order that David's management can be made to appreciate the amount of fan support that David has in Malaysia. To achieve our purpose the objectives of this petition has to be ambitious and wide in scope. We are targeting 5000 names for this petition by the end of August. That's when David's tour in the US will have finished.Then he would be recording his Christmas album, so if he can be persuaded to come to Malaysia in the 3rd quarter of the year the trip can be used to promote his Christmas album as well.
