It has a beautiful image out of the camera, but the lower bitrate has seriously affected my ability to do *anything* to the image in post without major degradation.Flag

Name: Efrain Rios on Sep 6, 2012Comments: I am a Nikon photography shooter but lately I have been contemplating switching over to Canon or Sony Alpha because of their video capabilities. I would love to stay with Nikon so a firmware upgrade to allow better video capture and control would be the best thing that happen to Nikon in the last 3 years or so. Also, please let us control the aperture in live view because like everyone else it is a pain in the ass!Flag

Comments: I support the need for 30 (29.7) fps at 1080p. This is NOT a feature request rather a lapse in judgement from Nikon product marketing. Please provide this issue resolution (clearly it is an issue from owners). Your community is speaking! If not due to a reasonable concerns for hardware performance then maybe a little insight and "damage control" would not hurt but help your community relations.Flag -

I live in London, PAL, and I need to be able to provide 25fps @1080 for my work. Or my D7000 camera will have to be sold, unfortunately. Regards, FlavioFlag
