   Comments: Hello. I have known Matt for a few months and I know what position this complaint is on. I fly through the Oceanic alot and have had the time to know that he is infact courteous and respectful. The complaint was filed by a pilot that doesn't know what he's doing and I know that Matt helps them. I see matt keep his cool when people don't know what to do. He tells them how to send a position report and everything. If the people don't know what to do, I say make a website showing what to do and how to do it. This is ridiculous how many people cannot follow instructions. I approve of this petition and hope Matt gets his position back, he deserves it.

    Comments: I am outraged by this, I fly out of Halifax all the time and I love his services as a controller in Moncton to his Oceanic services as well. He is a great controller and this shouldnt happen.

There would not be this many signatures in such a short time if matt was unrespectful, he is one of the most knowledgable and patient controllers, along with instructors on Vatcan. I have controlled and flown before while matt has been controlling. He is a great controller and person, I hope that you do get reinstated or Vatcan will go down the drain

    Comments: I have known Matt Horan for a while and I know he can lose patience but Its all good in the end! Every time I flew arround his FIR I could hear him talking to pilots and he was coutrteous. He's a nice person and can do wonders for VATCAN if you give him another chance.

    Comments: All the time I was online, I could peek into Moncton and aways see Matt online. As a pilot, I could never get better service anywhere, and not only was a great controller, he was also a great friend who helped my VA in great ways.
