The Cypress Mill HOA has stated that they can no longer make any repairs or replacement of the fences that surround the Cypress Mill communites. In order to change the deed restrictions so that the HOA can use allocated money to either replace the outdated fence or make any repair they would need at least 90% of the residents signatures on a petition. Please sign this petition and forward to you neighbors to sign. We need all the signatures we can get in order to change the current deed restrictions.
