Since the 1980’s the use of technology and interconnectedness has taken over our world. In addition to the benefits it reaps, there is also an element of chaos. We have seen and read the news stories of lives destroyed by the use of cyber abuses – often with no proper assistance for the average person.

We are left on a battlefield with no guns, no support and no authorities to turn to – it is far to easy for certain criminals to abuse, redirect, gang together and mask what they’ll done leaving the victim in a spin of our legal system saying nothing can be done. For the sake of security and human dignity, we need to get a handle and have means in which people can find proper support and resolution when certain problems arise – being left bouncing back and forth and being led on, abused by companies who don’t want to get involved or simply don’t want the chance of being held responsible for negligence.

This petition is to ask, the American courts to reevaluate how cyber security and investigations are handled. Often, the average person has no way of getting a proper investigation or is simply dismissed. Our country abuses their reach in the cyber world for their own purposes and claim it’s in the name of security, but if it happens to a targeted individual there is no help to be found, and the abuses are exponential.

Please sign this petition to the government if you want a better look at cyber security, the responsibilities of company platforms, cellular/wireless networks and better opportunity for proper investigation of any matter that involves cyber stalking, harassment and privacy violation for anyone, not just for companies or with a larger agenda required.
