Cyber bullying is an issue that needs more attention. Parents have a responsibility to teach their children how to properly act, even if they are anonymous. This is but a small step in the battle to address this issue.

We believe that if a minor is convicted of bullying by the law then the ISP will be informed and they will charge a hefty fine on the next months bill and they have the right to cut off service if they want to. Once parents and adults start losing money they tend to parent more or be a better parent instead of letting a TV or internet/technology raise the child.

The basis of this petition is to show that people are willing to take a harder approach at cyber bullying by encouraging parents to properly educate their children or face the consequences.

No matter what; no matter the medium; bullying, especially cyber bullying, has a price.
