We the Shareholders/residents of Chateau Villa Corp 390 -424 Maryland ave /150 Colton Ave!Is in need of a new superindent !Some one that will show respect and do the right thing by the corporation!We are asking for him to step down and replace him with a new superindent!We are not asking to remove him from the corporation just not our super anymore!.We as a corporation is not run fairly and with the up most respect.it starts with the super!We are also asking to have Elenora remove off the board due to conflict of intereted and not obey her own resume,We need this corporation to become some what normal again!it's starts with employees and board members!We need Shareholders that are going to Care and be fair!!treat everyone with the same respect!I am hoping that some of the shareholders come forward and back this petition due to the fact that they talk behind close doors!We need Change!!!!!!!
