We can no longer stand by as the new County Executive nibbles around the edges of a remedy, saying that he will get the purchase money back for the Ameritrust Complex. The facts are there that show Richard Jacobs ran an ongoing criminal enterprise, involving Anthony Calabrese, and countless others: that pulled off two shocking heists, one, of Level Propane in 2002, the sixth largest propane distributor in the United States, and the other on every taxpayer of Cuyahoga County when the County was sold, by criminally corrupt means, the Ameritrust Complex that it estate it could never use, in 2005. These crimes were not the exception for Jacobs; they were the only crimes so big they could not be hidden.
