I am starting this petition as a project for a class that informs and provides students and universities with the solution to those expense textbook costs. In signing this petition, you will be supporting The Penn State University in starting an open textbook program to cut down on the price of textbooks for students. Open Textbooks are textbooks written by the professors themselves that they can customize to their curriculum.
