While we love our home's interior the exterior could easily be confused with our neighbors! Sadly the new part of Oak Tree Park does not have the same character as the older part since every house looks the same. After conversations with many neighbors the consensus is the same and frequently repeated... "why can't they use a different brick, stone and PAINT color- not to mention design, so that all our houses don't look the same!" We live in a nice neighborhood in higher-end homes but the value becomes less when they all look the same.
