Hell, it will probably earn you some revenue!Flag

Name: Joseph Greco on Feb 7, 2003State: TXCountry: USComments: Making Gamecube disc available will allow users the opportunity to play games that they otherwise wouldn't have thought of buying because of underfunded marketing by a small software company. They can also be used by Nintendo just to show off whats come in the future with nonplayable demos. I'm pretty sure it would cost less than to advertise on TV.Flag

Name: Hunter Bryant on Mar 23, 2003State: TXCountry: USComments: I do not understand why Nintendo, specifically Nintendo Of America, has chosen not to publically distribute playable or non-playable demonstrational (demo) discs for their GameCube hardware, especially since it no longer uses the cartridge-based system of its predecessors. Similarly to Sony's demo discs for the PlayStation and PlayStation 2, Nintendo could produce and sell their own demo discs. They would provide the consumer with a better knowledge of the game software, and, theoretically, provide greater inticement toward a purchase. Whether or not Nintendo decides to publically distribute demo discs is not my call to make. However, I would at least like to know why they have chosen agaisnt this course of action.Flag

Name: Dane Rice on Apr 4, 2003State: INCountry: USComments: I wish that nintendo would give us all who subscribed to a nintendo magazine like ninteno power a demo disc that comes with that magazine.I was at my freinds house and he had 2 demo discs from xbox magazine and he had great games on the disc. So now I would rather have a xbox cause I know what great games will be coming coming to xbox. With gamecube you could do the same. I have gottin lucky ad bought games like zelda:wind waker and I didnt know that the game would be great or not. But I took a chance an got lucky. I wouldnt have to be so worryed if nintendo had a demo dicc of zelda. So if they are smart they would give demo dics ad then people woulndnt say that the gamecube sucks and it has crappy games. And they should pu more commercialsand more advertisements up. They suck a that but they mke great games. Sorry its so long. LaterFlag
