Local Veterans urge State Legislators to support a bill that would create a state lottery scratch off ticket where 100% of the Net proceeds would be deposited into an interest bearing account and used to assist Connecticut Veterans and their families in need of assistance.

Marine Corps veterans Scott VanDerheyden and Jimmy Sparrow of Stamford CT. have been working closely with their State Representative Jim Shapiro to establish a Veterans Scratch off ticket that would assist Connecticut Veterans and their families in need.
