BE PART OF THE LAUNCH OF CEDARVALE TENNIS ACADEMY & CLUB Be a founding member of something new and exciting in the Cedarvale community for Spring 2012. Whether you are an experienced tennis player or a family that wants to learn how to play the game, this opportunity is for you. Nestled within beautiful Cedarvale Park are 4 brand new tennis courts that opened in August 2011. These courts have a high-performance surface and are the newest tennis courts in the area. To make the most of this opportunity for our community, we are seeking to establish a Community Tennis Club. The Club will run programs for all ages, serve a social hub within Cedarvale Park, and will ensure that our new tennis courts are well-maintained so that we can have many years of tennis enjoyment. To get the Club started, local residents have met with Toronto Parks & Recreation to discuss the permit process. As a result, we are signing up members now so that the Club can launch in Spring 2012.
