The California State Employee Association (CSEA) and its affiliates - the Association of California State Supervisors (ACSS), California State Retirees (CSR), and California State University Employees Union (CSUEU) - have illegally imposed a "last, best, and final offer" (LBFO) on their employees that includes severe cuts to healthcare for current employees and future retirees.
CSEA and its affiliates work to improve benefits for thousands of state employees, but have covertly slashed their own employees benefits.
