   Comments: I stand practically every day from East Croydon to Kensington Olympia on two trains. It is not too much to ask for rail companies to provide extra services as we are paying substantial fares and passenger needs are not being met.

   Comments: Stopping the Gatwick express at Croydon was great, it's the most full I've ever seen it. 1.00am train back to Croydon is rammed and probably not always very safe..

    Comments: It's a disgrace and getting worse over the years. Can't get a seat if I can get on a train. In sept there was an announcement - delays due to severe weather conditions - it was raining!

    Comments: It is First Capital Connect that seems to be the bug-bear in having too short a length trains plus a management that expects to maintain half its agreed schedules with staff doing voluntary overtime. Like London Midland, this is a recipe for disaster. The Minister of Transport should revoke the franchise and offer the Thameslink services back out into the open market.

    Comments: The service for commuters to and from Norwood Junction is wholly inadequate. Trains are often too short (four coaches is NOT enough in the rush hour), late and nformation is often not given until it is too late.
