16 Signatures Goal: 100

To: City of Austin City Council Case #: C14-2010-0118 Address: 1901 S. Lamar Austin, TX 78704 We, the undersigned residents and patrons affected by the requested zoning change described in the above referenced case number, STRONGLY SUPPORT the request by John Flynn(a resident of the Zilker neighborhood), through William Tamminga, to seek a zoning change for 1901 South Lamar Blvd., Austin, Texas 78704. The neighborhood surrounding this piece of property would be positively affected by the presence of a neighborhood cocktail lounge(small neighborhood bar). We as the residents of this neighborhood believe this zoning change should be granted by City Council. In consideration to the location of this piece of property, we believe it will not have a detrimental affect on us. More information on the bar location and concept located at: http://www.ci.austin.tx.us/council_meetings/public_meeting_agenda.cfm?meetingid=235 Item: 61 PH - Backup Material Please make sure to put your address.
