Needs a signal at 16th asap. been saying this for years.
Way too many cars speeding through there. Drivers treat it like a highway.
PLEASE put a light in. Trying to walk my dog across burnside is terrifying sometimes.
I almost got clipped here twice last week. Its a death trap during rush hour.
seen so many close calls here. someone is gonna get hurt bad if nothing changes.

I avoid crossing here on my bike entirely because its just not safe. portland needs to fix this intersection.
