Cricket phone company has been taking customers money and disconnetcting their phones and having customers contact 611 for help. When customers contact 611 cricket customers service respresentatives the Representative does not give the customers the same information as the cricket store. The Cricket store tells customers that they are a different franchise and they would have to go to the cooperate stores giving customers the run around. When you get to corporate stores they tell you to contact 611 which is too much of a hassel. I am staring this petition because too many time I have given cricket my money and my phone has been turn off 3 times in 1 month after paying them.
