My name is Stefania Colon. I am a student at Penn State University. Currently in PSU we do not have any form of way to understand or comprehend how music piracy works or how it is taken care of when someone is caught doing said act. This is why I propose to the Housing Department and/or Board of Trustees to please pass my policy of creating an online obligatory class before coming into college stipulating the basics of music piracy: What it is, the consequences of going along with said act and what to do if caught in this situation.
