12 Signatures Goal: 100

This petition is dedicated to the removal of the "Pets" section onAmericas top add website.

Animals are posted on craigslist everyday. Adds such as "Sweet dog must go ASAP" and "Free dog to good home" are posted by families trying to find homes for their pets. And even though they are trying, they are doing the wrong thing.

Dog fighting rings go straight to craigslist looking for "Bait dogs" and fighting dogs. These dog are forced to fight and the previous owners have no idea.

Dog flippers go to craigslist looking to make a quick buck. They find pets that are free, "adopt" them, then turn around and sell them for profit.

Free kittens and cats are taken from this site and used as fishing bate.

Pet rodents are taken and used as feeders.

Pet rabbits are taken to be used as meat and turned into soup andsandwiches. Great right?

Breeders even get away with posting their puppies on this website.

People look for dogs that are not spayed or neutered, then use them to breed their dogs. They then turn around and sell the dogs.

Puppy mills ,commercial breeding facilities, go to craigslist to find dogs. They then spend years upon years in tiny cramped cages being used for puppies. That are then sold to pet shops all across the country.

Stop this nonsense and sign thispetitiontoday! You can make a difference! By taking down the pet section on craigslist, so many innocent animals lives could be spared. Family pets would have a better chance of finding a home more than ever. Please! They need you!
The picture above is a bait dog. This is what could happen to ANY dog posted on craigslist.

And this picture is a puppy mill.Crammedinto cages and forced to breed till the day they die.

Above is a craigslist victim. This is more common than you think.
