I am looking for signatures to let Sears Roebuck & Co. know that they are obligated to stand behind there "Guaranteed for LIFE" policy on the craftsman handtools they have been selling for years. Several tools have been discontinued and will no longer be replaced under warranty. They say they will replace your tool with something else (Not covered for life) and the warranty is no longer available, OR give you your money back which also takes away the warranty. I feel they could stop selling the tool in question if they so choose, but should continue to produce the tool and keep them in stock to replace broken or damaged tools as they are brought in by customers who purchased the tool with the ORIGINAL GUARANTEED FOR LIFE promise. Please help me to show them I am not the only one who is unhappy with this policy. Please sign and tell your friends.
