    Comments: This is so wrong, these are the main peeps on neopets that aide by rules, and alwyas unheave a level of responsibility, their kindness is now turned bitter by neopets frezzing accounts, why do they not frezze the real culprits accounts.

    Comments: I think this is a very good example of unfair freezing. Come on Neopets, get off your your chair and DO SOMETHING! Like reading through your e-mails. I know I have 1 or two in there, and I bet there are a lot more people, like a friend of mine, who are waiting to get de-iced. Just answer your users e-mails. That's all I ask.

    Comments: I agree! Why does the Neopets Team keep freezing people wrongly, while hackers and scammers go around freely They should take more care to investigate such situations, so that it doesn't happen, and unfreeze the wrongly frozen people!

    Comments: THAT is just stupid. . . my best neofriend, bit- that's his nickname- gave me a glass paintbrush on my other account- he thought it fit my name- petpainter4. It was the only valuble thing he had ever owned and he gave it to ME. Then he was frozen.

    Comments: I think that personal emails should not be monitored considering that is invasion of privacy. If the person getting the mail has a problem with it they can just report the person that sent it.My boyfriend got in trouble for saying he wanted to kiss me and thats just dumb.
