America’s courts are forcing radical changes on our society at an increasing pace. Serious consideration must be paid to restricting, temporarily, the jurisdiction of the courts and to reducing the budgets of courts that have too much time on their hands. Courts certainly have necessary functions, such as reviewing the decisions of other judges, resolving legitimate disputes, and keeping the criminal justice system running. Deciding social and moral policy for a nation, however, is another thing entirely.
This petition asks the Members of both Houses of Congress to debate and vote for HR3799 and S2082. Known as the Constitution Restoration Act, the bill limits the jurisdiction of Federal courts in certain cases, promotes federalism, and restricts the ability of Federal judges to decide cases in American courts based on foreign decisions and principles of law.
This petition strongly encourages the Congress to further restrict the jurisdiction of Federal courts, in accordance with Article III, Sections 1 and 2 of the United States Constitution. Federal courts should not have the jurisdiction to consider cases seeking to change the legal definition of marriage as codified by State and Federal legislatures.
This petition calls on the Congress to reduce the budgets of Federal courts engaging in clear judicial activism in hostile contravention of the will of the People and the People's elected representatives. |

http//:www.CourtZero.org is dedicated to reigning in the power of rogue courts whose members have taken on the mantle of black-robed priest-kings. The more judges decide to write law, rather than intelligently interpret law, the less power voters will have to govern themselves through their elected representatives. |
