1) I do not want a non-resident swim team (2013 team was about 15% residents).

2) I am concerned that our HOA is still not insulated from liability.

3) I am not willing to pay for any pool maintenance costs incurred by AYSC’s usage.

4) I do not want the HOA to turn the pool into a public instead of private facility.

5) I have not been allowed to review the contract prior to it being signed.

6) I disapprove of payment of HOA funds ($900) to AYSC for startup fees.

7) I disapprove of 2013 Swim Team Committee excess funds (which are HOA funds) and any swim team equipment being given to AYSC or considered as any type of payment or deposit related to any agreement with AYSC.

8) I disapprove of the HOA Board allowing a conflict of interest to exist and refusing to take action to retract motions made/voted on and not limiting input to only those Board members who do not have a conflict.

9) I disapprove of a Swim Team size over 75-100 – it is too large for our pool
