My son is 5 years old he has seen his father three times in those five years and has not seen him over three years. I had court the other day and explained to the court commissioner of the circumstances than my son has been with me and his father does not call or see him and is behind in child support in the amount of $5,000. My sons father did not argue because everything I said was the truth. Then the court commissioner stated I must pay $214 a month to my sons father for child support? Does that make sence to anyone. I have to pay a man who does not even know his son and does not want him child support. Please help me I feel I have been made a joke out of. So if you feel how I do and all my family and friends who feel this is wrong please sighn. Not only for me but for my 5year old son. Thank you for taking the time to read this.
