We, the citizens of Kittitas County, are opposed to turning the county into a regional waste processing center for other counties. Therefore, the following petitioners call on elected officials to deny any and all conditional use permits (CUP) for any company (including PacifiClean) seeking to establish industrial sewage sludge and waste processing (“composting”) in Kittitas County.
