I Antonio Ramirez bought a 2008 Silverado vin # 2gcec13c181115831 from Mario's used cars. I purchased the truck sometime in 02-12 for the down payment of $4,500 and they somehow convinced me i had to pay the taxes on the truck. so that was another $2,000 wich i gave $1,000. When i got the truck i had no insurance. I went and bought insurance that week or the following. turn out 2-3 weeks later they canceled my insurance due to a surcharge. Well on 04-0612 i went to give my next payment and they would not accept it due to my no insurance. So i told (Harvey) the manager at the dealer i did have insurance and he told me they had no record so he told me i needed to get insurance and that i should have received a letter n the mail regarding me having to get insurance, but i did not receive the letter. so he told me i should be receiving it soon. On Sunday 04-08-12 at 8:30 a.m there is someone taking off n my truck. I have been goin and trying to see what happened with my truck and they will not give me more info than wait for the letter. They told me 2-3 days and it has been a week and still no letter. My momwas speaking to another person there and they told my mom that my truck was already auctioning off and it has barely been a week. they have gave me no oportunaty to try and get my truck back and i only have 21 days to claim my truck. Ino longer want the truck from that dealership i jst want my money back, money for the rims or the rims, and reimbursed with the week of work i missed due to lack of transportation, gas money spent for rides to workand court fees.
