Confidence in our president's respect for the Democratic electoral process is crucial to rebuilding our country. Your failure to accept the split of delegates from MI and FL according to the vote of the people underminds confidence in you. I understand that your name was not on the balot in Michigan. However, that was your choice and it is unfair to penalize the citizens for a decision (wise or unwise) by a candidate.
I understand that party rules were broken in the timing of the election. However, party rules were broken in the caucuses -- especially here in Texas.
Please act for the people and for Democracy in American by supporting seating of MI and FL delegates iin proportion to the vote of the people. |
