The UNITED STATES consists of 50 states and all voices from every state should count.
South Carolina, Iowa, New Hampshire held primaries earlier then they were suppose to and the DNC did not penalize them. The DNC should have had immdeately a plan B to counteract the shenanigans of the Republican Governors. It is antidemocratic to take away the civil right to vote from any citizaen.
