City of Portsmouth, Ohio Councilman Term Limits

The petition

Signing this petition states that you are in support of amending the City Charter for the City of Portsmouth, Ohio in regards to; "Changing Councilman Term Limits to Two Years instead of Four Years."

You are in agreement to making all Portsmouth city councilman's term limits from the (4) year terms they now have to (2) year terms in the next election.

You also, agree that changing the requirement of living within the city from (5) years to (1) year; and the requirement of living in a ward for (6) months to be eligible to run for a council position.
