The right of
every person on moral, spiritual and objective public information in the media
is something that the state and society must provide. In this regard strategies
of cultural politics in the media should be created. The question of what
cultural patterns, from the area of politics, film, music, and life in general,
are propagating in the media must not only be issue of the market trends (as it
is neither in education), but a clear national cultural policy based on the
opinions of experts and all interested and competent. The issue of freedom of
expression is inviolable, to the extent that it does not destroy the freedoms
and rights of others. Will in the media be baned and controled: hate speech, verbal
abuse, kitsch, destructive fun, one-sided propaganda, chauvinism, promotion of
the conflict, biased information, prejudicing work of the judiciary - is
connected to the future of society and fulfillment of the basic human rights of
every citizen. It is also connected to the human right on the protection
against such occurrences and the question of creating a responsible and
progressive cultural policies. This policy needs, as the educational system in
whole, to determine the value system,
which should lead to a better society.
should establish a National Council for
the Monitoring of Media Programs for selection, implementation and control
of cultural policy in the media, with the sanctioning of hate speech, verbal
abuse, kitsch, creating an atmosphere of conflict and so on. Media programs
should be based on values such as love, spirituality, solidarity, and
other democratic values, which will run
through educational, informative and entertaining feature of the media.
