Please sign this petition if you propose an amendment to abolish the pet weight limit. The bylaws in Section 9 states "[a] Pet shall not cause a nuisance by reason of noise, odor, or behavior" and thus if the explicit weight limit is removed COTH owners will still be protected from nuisance dogs regardless of size.
