Government & Non-Government computer information registration software must be designed and programmed to record and reflect a persons full name or attribute instead of single letters or missing parts of the name. By allowing businesses,companies,social agencies, government or non-government entities to continue to pervert someones name due to software programming, constitutes fraud.
